Arrival and departure

Rooms are available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure we kindly ask you to check out by 11 a.m.

Cancellation and fees

Subject to the applicable Austrian Hotelier Association (ÖHV) standards: www.oehv.at

Miscellaneous

Guests accept all liability for belongings left on the hotel premises.

We accept cash, bankcards and credit cards (Mastercard and Visa). For companies, we can arrange payment on account.

The Austrian hotel contract conditions apply.
